case inserts and case
modification, to cushion
virtually any case transported
product. We design and
create foam inserts for the
full line of Pelican, Hardigg
and other blow-molded, roto
and injection-molded cases,
crates and boxes.

From new product design to
re-designing an existing
product for a more economical
solution, we draw from technical
know-how and experience and
strive provide our cutomers
with the best product solution.

Along with foam design
and manufacturing, we can
perform essential services
such asassembling boxes and
providing labeling, stenciling
and more. We also can join
foam to plastic, wood and other
materials. We also stock and
have available for immediate
delivery a full line of fast packs
and full telescoping fast packs.

We employ the latest in water
jet cutting tools, enabling us
to cut any density of foam,
ABS plastic, rubber or any
other soft material you may
require. Water jet cutting is
particularly well-suited in the
creation of case inserts.
